The work flow is as follows: 1. Collect information from brokers (real estate companies), 2. Set budget (set appropriate purchase price), 3. Purchase land, 4. The brokerage company will sell the property. If there is an inquiry, we will accompany the sales representative of the brokerage company to show you the property. Clientele in charge: New: Existing = 7:3, visiting about 2-3 companies per day. ■Our sales strengths: (1) Speed is very important when purchasing land. We emphasize speed to respond effectively. (2) As a growing company, we can improve operations for efficiency. Career progression is viable with one employee promoted to director within two years. Sales targets: Number of lots purchased, Number of turnover days, Profit margins. Bonuses increase with performance. ■Organizational structure: - 1 manager, 1 assistant manager, 1 manager, 2 employees, 1 sales clerk (total of 21 sales staff with ages ranging from 20s to 50s). ■Employment Status: Permanent employment (indefinite contract) Trial period: 3 months ■Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (8 hours and 0 minutes), Break time: 60 minutes, Overtime: Yes (less than 30 hours per month). Location: Various in Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa.
